Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned architect to define and lead the architectural vision for custody, trading, and wallet platforms. You will guide a team of architects and collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver a secure and scalable digital assets platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 15+ years of software development experience with architecture/leadership.
• Proven track record delivering secure, scalable platforms at large scale.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, APIs, data, security and reliability.
• Ability to attract, mentor and retain top technical talent.
• Deep familiarity with at least one public blockchain protocol.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies and evolving digital assets ecosystem.
• Experience designing highly available, multi-region systems for 24x7 environments.
• Understanding of low-latency trading architectures.
• Strong ownership and incident leadership during critical production events.
• Ability to influence engineering leaders through credibility, judgment, and communication.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
