Job summary
Danaher is seeking a Senior Director - Autonomous Labs Architect to define the blueprint for scalable autonomous lab solutions. You will lead enterprise architecture decisions that harmonize instruments, data, and AI-enabled platforms across Danaher, partnering with operating companies and external partners to drive adoption and business impact.
The role reports to the VP and Enterprise Head of Autonomous and Intelligent Labs and offers a fully remote working arrangement with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in systems architecture or related disciplines.
- Experience defining enterprise architecture, standards and governance.
- Experience partnering with external ecosystem participants.
- Leadership in product, platform or architecture roles.
Responsibilities
- Define the architectural blueprint and enterprise patterns for autonomous labs across Danaher.
- Govern interoperability across instruments, informatics platforms, automation systems, and data layers.
- Translate strategy into scalable execution with operating companies and external partners.
- Guide architecture decisions to create reusable enterprise capabilities at scale.
- Influence product strategy and act as an internal/external thought leader on autonomous labs.
