North American Partners in Anesthesia seeks a Chief anesthesiologist for Lehigh Valley Hospital Pocono in East Stroudsburg, PA. The role leads anesthesia services across surgical procedures and guides a multidisciplinary care team to ensure care excellence.

Offer includes a base salary of $525K, a $45K chief stipend, a $100K sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and loan repayment/ training support. This position emphasizes clinical leadership and collaboration with hospital staff.

• Leadership and clinical oversight responsibilities.
• Strong communication with surgical teams and patients.
• Ability to manage complex anesthesia plans and risk.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
