North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) invites applications for a Cardiac Anesthesiologist at Lehigh Valley Hospital Pocono in East Stroudsburg, PA. The role covers comprehensive anesthesia care with a focus on cardiac cases, intraoperative management, and patient safety.

Compensation includes Total Rewards Salary of $525K annually, a $50K cardiac stipend, and a $100K sign-on incentive, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• TEE proficiency is required
• Completion of Cardiac Fellowship
• ECFMG and FLEX completion of approved residency in anesthesia
• Currently licensed as a physician

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
