Envision is seeking a Chief Anesthesiologist to lead the anesthesia team at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital. The role supports a large team across Ocala and West Marion, with opportunities for academic collaboration with UCF School of Medicine.

The position offers day-one health benefits, relocation and Florida licensure assistance, and a range of shift incentives including a $150k start date bonus. No OB or pediatrics is involved, and there is formal involvement with residency education.

Responsibilities

• Support the continued development of the department
• Participate in hospital committees as required by hospital leadership
• Collaborate with leadership from West Marion Community Hospital
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling GME Program Director
• Recognize talent within the department and delegate for committees
• Ability to communicate effectively with administration
