Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership in ambulatory services or surgical operations, multi-site/multi-state oversight of 10+ centers.
• 3–5 years direct experience with JV partnerships across physician-owned facility boards.
• 1–3 years experience with ASC acquisitions, syndication, and de novo start-ups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for all ASCs across multi-state footprint, drive standardization and scalability.
• Serve as liaison for ASC joint ventures; manage relationships with physician owners and boards.
• Own portfolio-level P&L and EBITDA; drive revenue integrity and labor/supply costs across markets.
• Lead growth via acquisitions, integration, and de novo development; identify macro-market opportunities.
• Implement real-time data analytics and KPI dashboards to monitor OR efficiency and utilization.
• Ensure CMS/state licensing compliance and accreditation readiness.
