Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in ASC, outpatient, surgical site, and multi-site healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Excellent Clinical Quality and zero harm culture.
• Lead and develop a high-performing facility team.
• Oversee center’s P&L and financial controls.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow case volume and partnerships.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor physicians and staff to meet goals.
