Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology with deep experience in enterprise observability, distributed systems, or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Experience in senior/principal or architect-level role with demonstrated ownership.
• Expert-level knowledge of observability primitives applied to LLM/ML/agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise observability architecture for AI agents.
• Lead observability-driven red team exercises targeting AI systems.
• Design telemetry pipelines to capture safety-critical signals.
• Build automated quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
