Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT management, CS, data science, engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in relevant IT/CS/engineering disciplines.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, ML, AI, analytics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the organization's AI, ML, and data science strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Data Science team.
• Establish standards, methodologies, and best practices for scalable AI development.
• Lead architecture and design for enterprise AI, ML, and analytics solutions.
• Oversee model validation, monitoring, and governance for responsible AI.
