Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as CS, data science, statistics or engineering.
• 12+ years in AI/ML, analytics, data science or related fields.
• Proven leadership of teams, programs and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a data science team through the full AI lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and governance.
• Partner with product, engineering, design and business leaders to identify opportunities and deliver AI-driven outcomes.
• Develop and implement AI strategy, best practices, and responsible AI governance.
• Deliver scalable AI capabilities including personalization, predictive modeling, and GenAI systems.
