Luminis Health seeks a strategic leader for the role of Vice President of Community Relations & Public Policy to guide government affairs, public policy, advocacy, and community partnerships across the health system.

As a member of the executive team, this leader advises on policy, aligns investments with mission, and represents the system to government officials and community stakeholders to advance growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; equivalent experience considered for exceptional candidates.
• 13–15+ years of progressive executive leadership in government relations, public policy, external affairs, healthcare, advocacy, or public sector leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system-wide government affairs and public policy strategies.
• Advise CEO and senior executives on legislative, regulatory, and community issues.
• Cultivate external partnerships with government entities, business leaders, faith-based and community organizations.
• Secure funding through public funding, grants, and public-private partnerships.
• Represent the health system with officials at local, state, and federal levels.
