MetroPlusHealth is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer to lead and integrate critical administrative and health plan operations in New York. The role oversees Claims, Provider Network Operations, Facilities, Contracting, Credentialing, IT operations, and Enrollment, driving strategic alignment and enterprise performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, public administration, finance, information systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in managed care or health care operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for multiple departments including Claims, Provider Network Operations, Facilities Operations, and more.
• Translate strategic priorities into divisional objectives, budgets, and accountability structures.
• Build and retain a high-performing leadership team; promote collaboration across functions.
• Establish enterprise operating rhythm with performance reviews, risk escalation and reporting.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and manage enterprise risk.
