As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to support and enhance our operational and clinical workforce functions.

Position Summary

The Chief Administrative Officer will play a mission-critical role in RadPod’s operational leadership, focusing on the administrative infrastructure that supports our radiologist network and healthcare partners. This individual will drive initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and engagement to ensure high performance, compliance, and satisfaction across all clinical relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Radiologist Recruitment Support
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring needs and attract top-tier radiology professionals
  • Lead strategic initiatives to build and maintain a robust pipeline of credentialed radiologists
  • Assist with interview coordination, assessments, and onboarding logistics
  • Credentialing and Compliance
  • Oversee the hospital and facility credentialing process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of requirements
  • Serve as the main liaison between RadPod, healthcare institutions, and credentialing bodies
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance standards across all jurisdictions
  • Radiologist Onboarding & Coordination
  • Develop and streamline onboarding workflows to ensure a smooth transition for new radiologists into the RadPod ecosystem
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, operations, legal, and clinical support) to align onboarding efforts
  • Radiologist Experience & Satisfaction
  • Establish systems to monitor and improve radiologist satisfaction, engagement, and retention
  • Serve as an internal advocate for radiologists, identifying operational pain points and facilitating solutions
  • Implement feedback loops and performance reviews to elevate the radiologist experience
  • Operational Oversight
  • Develop and refine administrative processes that support scalable clinical operations
  • Report regularly on key administrative KPIs, including onboarding timelines, credentialing efficiency, and provider satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (7 years) in healthcare administration, preferably in telehealth, teleradiology, or multi-site healthcare organizations
  • Deep understanding of medical credentialing, licensing, and regulatory frameworks
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, compliance, and clinical operations teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate trust with physicians and healthcare partners
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business (MBA), or related field preferred
