Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as principal advisor to the State Attorney on administrative and legal matters.
  • Establish and implement agency policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Advise senior leadership on regulatory, procurement, and public-records issues.
  • Oversee fiscal administration including budgets and expenditures.
  • Direct HR operations and supervise department directors.
  • Manage facilities, security, and MIS systems for the office.
