Qualifications

• Doctorate degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Senior leadership experience at a large, multi-campus college preferred.
• Knowledge of accreditation processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary and transformative leadership as Chief Academic Officer and member of President’s Council.
• Oversee development and implementation of strategic plans addressing teaching, student success, and workforce needs.
• Lead program development, review, portfolio management, and data-informed decision making.
• Advise President on academic and institutional matters and collaborate across stakeholders.
• Foster shared governance and cultivate trust with faculty, staff, students, and unions.
• Manage the Academic and Workforce Education budget and enlist strategic partnerships with K-12, higher education, and industry.
• Ensure compliance with higher education regulations and accreditation standards.
• Promote technology-enabled learning and innovative instructional strategies to improve outcomes.
