Reporting to the President, the Provost will guide seven academic departments and coordinate with college leadership to achieve the 2030 Strategic Plan and workforce-aligned education.

Aufgaben

• Lead faculty and academic personnel matters, including recruitment, appointment, workload, evaluation, tenure and promotion.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate an academic plan aligned with LaGuardia's 2030 Strategic Plan and student-success goals.
• Encourage innovative teaching across in-person, online, hybrid modalities; support instructional technology and AI.
• Oversee academic program development, review, assessment, and accreditation.
• Build pathways between credit and noncredit programs and strengthen transfer to four-year colleges.
• Manage academic resources, personnel, and budgets strategically in line with priorities and student outcomes.
