Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience is required
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements for K-12 schools and charter schools preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with students, families, and staff
• Promote strong staff and student culture
• Manage behavior management systems to maximize instructional time
• Support teachers in student support and intervention
• Lead parts of daily school operations and logistics
• Coach teachers through observations and feedback to improve practice
• Advise on curriculum design, scope, and sequence based on standards
