This role ensures compliance, consistency, and efficiency across A&E contract and work-order processes supporting the capital program.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in administrative staff or professional work.
• Five years of professional experience in contract administration, procurement, engineering support, project controls, or related fields. Experience with A&E contracts is preferred.
• Selective Qualifications used to focus on specific occupational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and manage the A&E work-order submission and tracking process.
• Develop tracking tools for active A&E contracts and reporting.
• Produce monthly contract reports and invoicing statistics.
• Create A&E Contract Management Guidelines, SOPs, templates, and forms.
• Directly supervise Consultant Program Technicians and Consultant Analysts.
• Ensure adherence to COMAR and MDOT MTA procurement regulations.
• Coordinate with Legal and Procurement on contract modifications.
