The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CEQA/NEPA experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Caltrans/transportation experience and AICP are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare CEQA and NEPA documents.
• Manage routine to moderately complex CEQA and NEPA documents.
• Conduct environmental research and regulatory analysis.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prepare proposals and participate in business development opportunities.
• Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Assist with agency coordination and environmental permitting.
• Provide mentoring and technical support to junior staff.
