Job description

PAY TYPE: Starting at at up to $13/hr for 18 and older, $8.65/hr for under 18

POSITION TYPE:

  • Part-Time or Full-Time, minimum of 3 days and 20 hours per week

  • Daylight or Evening shifts

  • Must be available Fridays and Saturdays

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must meet availability requirements

  • Must be 16 or older

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing chicken to be freshly cooked in store, and operating other line cook stations as needed

  • Following the recipe exactly to prepare the chicken at corporate standards

  • Checking for product quality and consistency, including using the FIFO method

  • Assisting leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

  • Follow sanitation and safety procedures

  • Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures

  • Carry out instructions given by the leadership team and operator
