PAY TYPE: Starting at at up to $13/hr for 18 and older, $8.65/hr for under 18
POSITION TYPE:
Part-Time or Full-Time, minimum of 3 days and 20 hours per week
Daylight or Evening shifts
Must be available Fridays and Saturdays

REQUIREMENTS:
Must meet availability requirements
Must be 16 or older
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to multitask
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Positive attitude, coachable
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing chicken to be freshly cooked in store, and operating other line cook stations as needed
Following the recipe exactly to prepare the chicken at corporate standards
Checking for product quality and consistency, including using the FIFO method
Assisting leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Follow sanitation and safety procedures
Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Carry out instructions given by the leadership team and operator
