Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to ensure all guests feel welcome and have a positive first impression of the brand and the restaurant. The greeter manages lines, welcomes guests, assists with menu navigation, and answers initial questions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, inform them where to find the menu, and answer questions to create a positive first impression.
• Guide guests on where to order and queue to avoid confusion.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Manage guest staging inside and outside to maintain order and demonstrate willingness to wait.
• Learn about the menu and sauces to answer questions accurately and make recommendations.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with genuine energy and warmth.
