Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking Team Members for production roles. You will cut chicken into segments, pack products, label trays, and rotate through production areas. You may work in hot or cold environments and must communicate with supervisors to resolve production issues.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with shift premiums. Longevity and attendance premiums apply. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company contribution, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Use hand-held tools to cut chicken into segments for production.
• Pack product into foam trays or plastic bags.
• Place labels and arrange trays of chicken parts.
• Rotate through positions on production lines during shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the production floor.
