Role Summary:

To prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, with the key aim of delivering food to our customers within 90 seconds.

General Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards.
2. Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times.
3. Keep up to date with current promotions and new products.
4. Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Supervisor.
5. Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification.
6. Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
7. Be involved and contribute at team meetings.
8. Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator.
9. Protect the interest of the operator.

Requirements:

1. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
2. Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
3. You must be hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.
