Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
2. Direct daily activities.
3. Maintain food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
4. Ensure safe, organized storage of food items.
5. Follow serving schedules and menu specifications, adhering to company policies.
6. Maintain a sanitary environment complying with health and safety codes.
7. Keep accurate weekly inventory records.
8. Prepare orders as needed for accurate production.
9. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork and morale.
10. Ensure a safe working environment.
11. Maintain equipment logs and perform preventative maintenance.
12. Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
13. Recommend equipment replacements when necessary.
14. Perform multi-tasking efficiently.
15. Assist with catering events and occasional night/weekend work.
16. Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
17. Perform cashier duties if required.
18. Promote positive public relations.
