Concentra in Chicago is seeking a full-time physician float to support the Chicago market with flexible coverage and strong team backing. You will provide direct patient care, lead by example, and collaborate with therapists and specialists to deliver evidence-based care.

This role offers a comprehensive compensation package with base salary in the state range plus monthly RVU and quarterly quality care bonuses, plus generous PTO, CME time, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Clinic-based position providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborates with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
• Fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement and reward and recognition.
• Maintains relationships with center clients and payers.
• Promotes, cultivates, and exemplifies Orange Book values for all clinic colleagues.
• Active and unrestricted license.
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to certify through Concentra’s DOT training program.
