The ideal candidate will have between three and six years of M&A and private equity experience, specifically in representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in connection with all varieties of M&A and private equity transactions, including the preparation of acquisition/disposition agreements and related matters. All candidates must be admitted to the Illinois Bar.
