As part of a large franchise system, we seek a Mitigation Crew Chief to work mainly at client sites, mitigating residential or commercial property damage from water, fire, mold, weather, or biohazards.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Creating and executing project plans
• Communicating effectively with supervisors, crews, and clients
• Documenting projects with photos, sketches, and notes
• Training and motivating mitigation technicians
• Maintaining fleet vehicles and job sites
• Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed
• Water extraction, cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing
• Operating mitigation equipment
• Carpet rolling, drywall removal, repairs, and minor construction
• Board-up, tarping, debris removal
• Soot, mold, and contents cleaning
• Using professional cleaning products

Position Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of mitigation experience, including 1 year as a team lead
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old

Skills and Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying
• Ability to work with cleaning agents
• Successful background check
