Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in industrial hygiene and field assessment projects.
• Hands-on tests for asbestos, lead, mold, and IAQ in commercial properties.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Safety, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and direct field surveys for hazardous materials in commercial buildings.
• Manage industrial hygiene sampling and assessments from start to finish.
• Prepare technical reports, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Maintain positive client relationships and guide them through compliance questions.
• Supervise environmental technicians in the field.
• Assist with proposals and collaborate with regional teams.
