Job Title: Food Retail and Brand Location Supervisor

Job Overview: The Food Retail and Brand Location Supervisor oversees food service operations, including supervision, training, and management of staff to ensure quality service and food safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee setup, breakdown, and sanitation of workstations.
  2. Supervise the cooking and preparation of food items according to recipes and brand standards.
  3. Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free food storage.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory in accordance with departmental policies.
  5. Delegate tasks and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
  6. Assist with employee counseling, timekeeping, and updating contact information.
  7. Train and mentor food service workers.
  8. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests and team members.
  9. Adhere to safety policies, including food safety and sanitation protocols.
  10. Communicate effectively with staff via various channels.

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
  • Experience in the food and hospitality industry required.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
