Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide hospice visits across Camden and Burlington counties in New Jersey. This full-time role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in the home environment and requires reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience in caregiving or similar role.
• Must be listed on the NJ Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English clearly.
• Complete background check and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Light housekeeping and grooming.
• Bathing and Toileting assistance.
• Medication assistance as directed by supervisor.

Job description

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced CHHA for a full-time opportunity to complete hospice visits to clients located throughout Camden and Burlington counties. As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:

$21-$22 per hour

A Home Health Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the NJ Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
