Stand Out Home Care, a growing home care agency based in Hamilton, NJ, is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about quality care and making a difference. As a CHHA you will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, perform light housekeeping and meal prep, and follow the nurse's care plan.

Qualifications

• NJ Certified Home Health Aide license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional demeanor.

• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
