Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a real difference in people’s lives. This growing agency offers flexible schedules and competitive pay.

You will work with clients in their homes, follow care plans, provide companionship and daily living assistance, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
