Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about quality care and making a real difference. The role focuses on activities of daily living, companionship and light housekeeping in a home setting.

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse

• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
