Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to deliver compassionate, in-home care in New Jersey. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• CHHA certification required (NJ).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow care plans set by the nurse and report changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
