Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide high-quality in-home care. You will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• NJ CHHA license (New Jersey) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
