Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to support a male client in Columbus with 9am-12pm and 5pm-8pm shifts, seven days a week. You will provide companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Applicants must have a New Jersey HHA license. We offer competitive pay, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a New Jersey Home Health Aide license.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
