Qualifications

• NJ HHA certification is required.
• CHHA certification in NJ preferred or required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.
• Monitor changes in health status and report to care coordinator.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided.
