Qualifications

• HHA certification in New Jersey required.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate care.
• Must have valid driver's license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain safe home environment.
• Monitor health status and report changes to care coordinator.
• Follow care plans with compassion and respect.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Ensure clients' comfort and safety at all times.
