Qualifications
- HHA certification in New Jersey required.
- Experience in home care preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep).
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.
- Monitor and report health status changes to the care coordinator.
- Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
- Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
