Job summary

Maya Home Care in New Jersey is seeking dedicated HHA-certified caregivers to join our boutique PCA/Companion team. Our culture emphasizes compassion, excellence, and personalized care to clients across New Jersey.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, light housekeeping, and reporting changes in health status to the care coordinator. We offer flexible scheduling and ongoing training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

HHA certification in New Jersey.
Experience in home care or related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep).
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health to the care coordinator.
Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
Ensure clients' comfort and safety at all times.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
