Serenity Hospice Care is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our team serving the Ocean/Monmouth County area in New Jersey. You will provide in-home and facility-based patient care in accord with individualized care plans, support activities of daily living, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold a valid CHHA license in New Jersey; hospice experience is a plus, and dependable transportation is required.

Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team in the Ocean/Monmouth County area. . This team will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid CHHA License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.
