Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey seeks a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to support patients in the Ocean/Monmouth County area. The role requires an active NJ CHHA license and reliable transportation to visit patients in accordance with care plans.

You will assist with activities of daily living, follow care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, while communicating with families. Overtime opportunities and competitive hourly pay with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Prior Hospice Experience a Plus!

This team will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid CHHA License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.
