Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a CHHA licensed in New Jersey for weekend cases across Monmouth County. As a caregiver you will provide non-medical support, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders in clients' homes.

We offer flexible weekend schedules, time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, recognition programs, and retirement benefits. You will join a team that values compassionate care and dependable, heart-led service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NJ CHHA license.
• Weekend coverage across Monmouth County is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client’s non-medical needs, including companionship.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering weekend shifts.
• Deliver care at clients’ homes across Monmouth County.
