We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes.

Duties:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with household tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Follow care plans and ensure the client's needs are met

Requirements:

• Experience in senior care, working with people with developmental disabilities, or home care is preferred
• Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques
• Familiarity with vital signs monitoring
• Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care
• Understanding of caregiving principles and practices
• Knowledge of hospice care is a plus
