Job summary

Garcia Automotive Group of El Paso is seeking experienced service technicians. Our recently remodeled shop provides ample room for growth and a busy workload.

Preferred candidates have Chevy/GM/Cadillac experience and must provide their own tools. We offer competitive pay, paid vacation, training, and comprehensive health insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose systems using diagnostic tools.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding customer needs.

Our shop has recently been remodeled! We have plenty of room for you to grow and lots of work for you to flag.

If you have Chevy/GM/Cadillac experience you will be given higher priority although we are interviewing ALL EXP TECHNICIANS! MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS.

You will…

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

• Must have at least2 years of experience as an auto technician
• Have knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
