Harnish Auto Family's high-volume, fast-paced dealership network in Puget Sound is hiring a Flat-Rate Automotive Technician. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a flat-rate automotive technician.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple vehicle systems.
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take coaching; ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards.

We're seeking an A-Level technician who can hit the ground running. Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC experience preferred, but we're also interested in speaking with talented technicians from other manufacturer backgrounds. Medium-duty truck certification and experience are a major plus.

What You’ll Do: As a Flat-Rate Automotive Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while producing quality work in a fast-paced dealership environment. We're looking for experienced technicians who take pride in their craftsmanship, work efficiently, and are driven to maximize both quality and productivity.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a flat-rate automotive technician
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple vehicle systems
• Consistent productivity with a commitment to quality.
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take coaching
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
• Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform the physical demands of the role
• Strong work ethic
• Basic mechanical aptitude (schooling or experience a plus)
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Bonus points if you can drive a manual transmission
