Job summary

Texas Health Southwest is seeking a Registered Nurse Program Coordinator for Chest Pain/Stroke to lead the program in a Magnet-designated, Level III Trauma Center setting in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time, day-shift role requires strong clinical leadership and data-driven improvement of stroke and chest-pain care.

You will manage data collection, coordinate multi-disciplinary CQI activities, and ensure adherence to standards set by state and Joint Commission agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license required upon hire.
• SCRN or stroke certification preferred.
• 3 years med/surg, emergency, or critical care required.
• 3 years emergency or critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data and distributes reports to team members and administrators.
• Manages data collection.
• Establishes and maintains a CQI program including morbidity/mortality review.
• Assists in setting standards of care, policies, and objectives for stroke/chest pain services.
• Coordinates and facilitates education for staff, physicians, patients, and external providers.
• Collaborates with EMS agencies and hospital leadership to ensure positive relationships.
