Northwest Medical Center Tucson is seeking a Full Time Chest Pain Coordinator RN to join our onsite team in Tucson, AZ. The role supports the chest pain program, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and leads education initiatives to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

The Coordinator monitors program data, oversees regulatory compliance, and mentors staff in competency-based training. This role requires strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to drive quality

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of clinical experience in cardiac care or critical care.
• 1-2 years of program coordination or quality improvement experience.
• RN licensure in good standing (state or compact).
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the chest pain program operation and ensure regulatory and accreditation standards are met.
• Serve as liaison among physicians, staff, and team members to optimize patient care and communication.
• Monitor chest pain care quality and drive improvements using performance data.
• Educate staff, patients, families, and community on chest pain prevention, recognition, and treatment.
