Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Chest Pain Center Coordinator to oversee the Chest Pain Center program, ensuring adherence to ACC Chest Pain Center accreditation standards and monitoring STEMI/NSTEMI/ACS metrics.

You will lead case reviews, data abstraction, coordinate multidisciplinary quality-improvement initiatives, manage data/reporting, and educate staff and providers while collaborating with cardiology, EMS, and hospital leadership to improve cardiovascular patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in chest-pain/ACS care.
• Broad knowledge of complex systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and continuously improve Chest Pain Center program.
• Ensure accreditation standards compliance; monitor STEMI, NSTEMI, ACS, chest-pain performance measures.
• Conduct case reviews and data abstraction; coordinate multidisciplinary quality-improvement initiatives.
• Manage data and reporting; facilitate Chest Pain Center Committee activities.
• Provide staff and provider education; maintain policies and clinical pathways.
• Collaborate with cardiology, emergency services, cardiac catheterization, EMS, Quality, and stakeholders to improve cardiovascular outcomes.
