Responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall operation of the chest pain program and ensure adherence to standards.
• Liaise with physicians, staff, and teams to ensure effective communication in patient care.
• Monitor quality of chest pain care and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Educate staff, patients, families, and community members on chest pain prevention and care.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for program performance and regulatory compliance.
• Lead competency-based training for clinical staff and update policies as needed.
